Terms & Conditions
Shipping and Payment Terms:
- We accept Money Orders (pre-paid orders), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
- No COD's.
- Color choice of cage and item # must be included if paying by Money Order
- Shipping is free on every item on our website to the lower 48 states (FedEx Ground Service 5-7 days)
- Expedited (Air) delivery is not available due to the size and weight of the cages
- Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for adjusted rates
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
- Orders are usually shipped on the next business day. Delays may sometimes be caused by temporary stocking issues.
Return Policy:
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all cages.
- If a return is desired, you MUST contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- DO NOT RETURN SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE OBTAINING AN RMA.
- RMA must be requested within 10 days of delivery
- You must return item(s) unused and in the same condition as shipped
- Your full purchase price will be refunded minus our initial shipping costs, which are included in the price of your item(s).
- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
Damage/Defective Item Warranty:
- All cages are warranted against damage or defects upon delivery subject to the terms in this paragraph, so please report any damage to us immediately.
- We will ship any needed replacement parts free of charge, including cage panels.
- We will require a digital photo as evidence of cage damage.
- We WILL NOT accept returned merchandise for credit, except as per above noted return policy.
- Our liability for shipping damage to cages is limited to the delivery of acceptable replacement parts.
Privacy Policy: All information collected on this website, including customer names and payment information, is for the sole use of The Cage Warehouse and will not be shared or sold to any third party.
